I couldn't agree more... the buying is almost the easy part... it's the commitment, hard work, engagement, culture change, strategic direction and ultimately the people involved who make the change happen. Don't get me wrong, we have some great Knowledge Hub money-saving examples from our communities, but we also know that the savings don't happen overnight.
