On the basis of a proposal of UNSCP’s national secretary Amedeo Scarsella, and in accordance with the UNSCP statutes in force, the "Secretaries in Europe" functional division was established on 28^th February. It  will have among its tasks the analysis of comparative European organisational models, responsibility for relations with UDiTE and partnership opportunities for study with other similar European organisations. Roberto Nobile was appointed coordinator, whilst members Daniela Urtesi, Alberto D'Arrigo, Michele D'Avino and Roberto Onorati, who, like the coordinator and national secretary, will become new  members of UDiTE’s General Council. Roberto Nobile remains the contact person for UDiTE and will be a member of UDiTE’s Executive Committee and General Council. The first online meeting of the 'Secretaries in Europe'  took place on 24th March 2023.
