Are you ready to teach your students about mental health?

In an age where there is so much pressure on young people, it is our
responsibility to help them understand and look after their mental health.

Our interactive workshop will equip teachers with everything they
need to deliver a 6-lesson curriculum on mental health to year 9, 10 or
11 students. This programme has already helped many students
understand how their brain works, develop strategies to identify and
overcome mental illness and learn how to boost mental health.
