What has changed in the regulatory framework for cohesion policy in recent months – and what does this mean for cohesion policy programmes? And what is the state of programming? When will the first applications for projects be possible? These are just a few questions that Armando Miranda Cardoso, representing DG REGIO (European Commission), sought to answer during the European Week of Regions and Cities 2020 cohesion policy briefing session. Experts from DG REGIO will present an overview of the latest changes to the legislation and its impact at national level. This session will also provide more information on where authorities stand with the preparation of the 2021-2027 programmes.
